Delsey's Treasures appreciates your business! We want you to shop our secure online store with confidence, and we trust and anticipate that you would want peace of mind in purchasing and or returning any item that is eligible for a refund from Delsey's Treasures.com
If you have a return, please read through our Return Policy carefully, complete and submit the online Return Authorization Form, wait for your Return Authorization number via email (this process will will take longer if you mail your request to us), and then ship your item to us within the Policies guidelines.
Returns
RETURN POLICY: You must call for a Return Authorization Number or complete the Return Authorization Request Form on this page. Once you complete and submit the form, please check your email within 24 hours of the forms submission for your Return Authorization Number (RA) before you return your item. Once you receive your Return Authorization, please include it with the item you are returning.
Please return unused, unworn, and undamaged items with original receipt within 14 days of the date received at customer’s expense (shipping rates are not refundable. Worn or damaged items will not be refunded, special orders are not refundable*). You will receive your refund within 10 days of our Return Authorization Department receiving your request, providing that your item has not been worn, used, or damaged in any way, and that the original packaging is undamaged. The Customer may incur a 15% restock fee for returns, which will be automatically deducted from the refund amount. Delsey’s Treasures is not responsible for lost or stolen items that are not insured during return shipment.
The Return policy does not apply to ebay purchases unless items purchased are not as listed or damaged in shipping.
Special Items and Purchases
Delsey's Treasures will not refund any jewelry and or item(s) that were of special request and or handcrafted. This policy includes, and is not limited to:
Custom made necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings, anklets, decrative pins, ring sizings, plating, etc. Custom ordered items.
